On January 18, 2010, Meyers Norris Penny Limited was appointed the Receiver of 1742209 Ontario Inc. ("1742209") pursuant to a Court Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. 1742209 was a landlord of a manufacturing facility (the "Property") located in Newmarket, Ontario. The Property consists of approximately 12.5 acres of land and 137,000 square feet manufacturing and warehouse space.
