Access International Automotive Limited

On September 14, 2009, Meyers Norris Penny Limited was appointed as receiver (the “Receiver”) of Access International Automotive Limited (the “Company”) by RBC Bank Canada pursuant to the terms of a general security agreement.

The Company had been in operation for more than 30 years and was in the after market import automotive parts business. Its primary customer base was dealerships in Canada and the United States.

Century Services Inc. has been retained to liquidate the inventory of the Company. Further information will be made available in due course.

The Company's assets were liquidated via public auction and there were insufficient proceeds realized to allow for a a distribution to unsecured creditors.

The Receiver is in the process of finalizing its administration.
