Bay City Steel Company Limited

On September 24, 2009, Bay City Steel Company Limited (the "Company") filed an Assignment pursuant to the Bankrupt and Insolvency Act and Meyers Norris Penny Limited was appointed the Trustee. Subsequently, on the same day MNP was appointed as Receiver and Manager over the assets, property and undertakings of the Company, pursuant to a General Security Agreement entered into between the Company and a Secured Creditor.

The Company is headquartered in Burlington Ontario and is a Canadian based custom manufacturer of steel plate products.
