Big Earth Brands Ltd.

Big Earth Brands Ltd. (“Big Earth”) made an assignment in bankruptcy effective March 25, 2009 and Meyers Norris Penny Limited was appointed as Trustee of the Estate.

Established in 2006, Big Earth developed and distributed two brands of bottled vitamin water, namely Vital Lifestyle Water and Vital Action Performance Water. Big Earth’s head office is located in Calgary, Alberta.

All of the assets of Big Earth were subject to deemed trust claims and/or security agreements. Accordingly, there are no funds available for distribution to unsecured creditors.

The Trustee is in the process of finalizing its administration.
