Conquest Fabricating Inc. 

On April 20, 2009, a Statement of Claim was filed by Parlee McLaws LLP, Barristers and Solicitors, on behalf of Servus Credit Union, against Conquest Fabricating Inc. (the "Debtor Company") pursuant to collateral mortgage security and a general security agreement dated the 19th day of December, 2007. The Debtor Company, based in Bow Island, Alberta, provides metal fabrication and welding services in agricultural and other sectors.  

On April 28, 2009, an Order was granted appointing Meyers Norris Penny Limited Receiver and Manager of the assets, undertakings and property of the Debtor Company.

Subsequent to realizing all assets of the debtor company, Meyers Norris Penny Limited was discharged as Receiver and Manager by order of the Court dated April 19, 2010.  A final statement of receipts and disbursements was prepared by the Receiver effective May 20, 2010.
