MNP CORPORATE ENGAGEMENTS

The Diamond Bullet Corporation

On October 27, 2008, The Diamond Bullet Corporation, its wholly owned subsidiaries Hat Bit Supply Ltd. and Premiere Manufacturing Ltd., and related companies Dunn Trucking Ltd., R Environmental Labs Ltd., and DBC International Inc. (collectively, the "Debtor Companies") filed Notices of Intention to Make a Proposal and Meyers Norris Penny Limited consented to act as Trustee.

The Debtor Companies, based in Taber, Alberta, manufacture, repair and rent drill bits for use in the oil and gas industry.

On November 25, 2008, Orders were granted to extend the time for the Debtor Companies to file Proposals to January 9, 2009.

On December 4, 2008, Meyers Norris Penny Limited was appointed as interim receiver of the assets, property and undertakings of Premiere Manufacturing Ltd.

On January 9, 2009, an Order was granted to extend the time for the Debtor Companies to file Proposals to February 23, 2009.

On February 20, 2009, an Order was granted to extend the time for the Debtor Companies to file Proposals to March 2, 2009.

On February 26, 2009, Meyers Norris Penny Limited was appointed as receiver of the assets, property, and undertaking of The Diamond Bullet Corporation, R Environmental Labs, Ltd., Hat Bit Supply Ltd., Premiere Manufacturing Ltd., and DBC International Inc.

On March 3, 2009, as the Debtor Companies did not file Proposals and the time for the Debtor Companies to file Proposals was not extended, the Debtor Companies were deemed to have made an assignment in bankruptcy.
