MNP CORPORATE ENGAGEMENTS

Duratech Structures Inc.

On the 21st day of December, 2009, Meyers Norris Penny Limited ("MNP") was appointed Agent for HSBC Bank Canada (the "Bank") pursuant to Chattel Mortgage security granted by Duratech Structures Inc. (the "Debtor") over specific assets. Further investigation by MNP revealed there to be additional assets available to the Bank pursuant to its' General Security Agreement and as such, MNP is deemed a Receiver over all or substantially all of the debtor's property pursuant to S.243(2) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada). The Debtor, based in Lethbridge, Alberta, constructs office structures for use in oilfield services and other industries.
