On July 31, 2009, Nanogen Point of Care, Inc. filed an assignment pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and Meyers Norris Penny Limited was appointed as Trustee. The Company developed diagnostic equipment for the early detection of cardiac conditions, with its head office located in Toronto, Ontario.
