Oler Bros. Contracting Ltd. ("Oler") made an assignment in bankruptcy effective April 14, 2009 and Meyers Norris Penny Limited was appointed as Trustee of the Estate.

The operations of Oler, a logging company based out of Sundre, Alberta, ceased on April 14, 2009.
