On July 15, 2009 Meyers Norris Penny Limited was appointed Receiver of Wayout Enterprises Inc., 751077 Alberta Ltd. (also known as Silver Projects Ltd.) and Ruson Underground Ltd. (collectively referred to as "Ruson") pursuant to an Order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta. Ruson is a water and sewer line contractor and operated out of Sherwood Park, Alberta.
