On the 4th day of December, 2009, Meyers Norris Penny Limited was appointed Receiver and Manager of AC Ltd. (the "Company") pursuant to an Order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta, Judicial District of Calgary, following an application by Milne Pritchard Law Office on behalf of 1st Choice Savings and Credit Union Ltd.

On September 14, 2009, Meyers Norris Penny Limited was appointed as receiver (the “Receiver”) of Access International Automotive Limited (the “Company”) by RBC Bank Canada pursuant to the terms of a general security agreement. The Company had been in operation for more than 30 years and was in the after market import automotive parts business. Its primary customer base was dealerships in Canada and the United States.

On the 26th day of January, 2010, Meyers Norris Penny Limited was appointed Receiver for BMO Bank of Montreal over all the assets of AMT Home Industries Ltd. pursuant to a General Security Agreement granted by the company to the bank on the 19th day of April, 2007.

Established in 2000, Business Edge was a bi-monthly business news publication with distribution in Ontario, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta. The Company's head office was located in Calgary, Alberta.
Conquest Fabricating Inc.
On April 20, 2009, a Statement of Claim was filed by Parlee McLaws LLP, Barristers and Solicitors, on behalf of Servus Credit Union, against Conquest Fabricating Inc. (the "Debtor Company") pursuant to collateral mortgage security and a general security agreement dated the 19th day of December, 2007. The Debtor Company, based in Bow Island, Alberta, provides metal fabrication and welding services in agricultural and other sectors.
