Driftwood Resources Ltd. and Green Point Resources Ltd.

On June 25, 2009, Meyers Norris Penny Limited was appointed Receiver and Manager of Driftwood Resources Ltd ("Driftwood") and Green Point Resources Ltd ("Green Point") by the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta.

Driftwood and Green Point were in the business of Oil and Gas exploration and development with properties in Alberta and Saskatchewan.


Sale of Assets:

The Receiver and Manager has retained CB Securities Inc. as its advisor with respect to the divestiture of Driftwood's and Green Point's oil and natural gas properties.
