September 16, 2008, the Bank of Nova Scotia appointed Meyers Norris
Penny Limited as the Receiver of Geotivity Incorporated and Geotivity
Limited.
On September 17, 2008, the Bank of
Nova Scotia appointed Meyers Norris Penny Limited as the Receiver of
Geotivity Inc. and Loggmatrix Inc.
In October 2008, Meyers Norris Penny Limted was appointed Trustee in
Bankruptcy of each of the four companies of The Geotivity Group.
The
Geotivity Group is based in Kelowna B.C. and manufactured wireless water
flow monitoring units as well as selling and leasing water flow
measuring services in various locations throughout Canada and the
United States.
