Gerard and Michelle Dargis

On February 12, 2010, Meyers Norris Penny Limited (“MNP”) was appointed Interim Receiver of Gerard Dargis and Michelle Dargis, pursuant to an order of the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta.  A copy of the Interim Receivership Order, and other relevant documents, can be found below.  Gerard Dargis and Michelle Dargis operated a cattle feedlot (approximately 2,300 head of cattle) in St. Vincent, Alberta.

The Interim Receiver will continue the feedlot operations in the ordinary course of business during the receivership proceedings.
