Diet Success Corp. held exclusive franchise rights to operate weight loss clinics in Ontario and Quebec under the name of LA Weight Loss Centre. The Company had twelve locations operating.

On February 13 2009, Shiner Kideckel Zweig Inc. was appointed the receiver, inter alia, a General Security Agreement.
