Pharmacy Won Inc. is a regional chain of drug stores located in and around the Greater Toronto Area.
On November 26, 2007, Pharmacy Won Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Notice of Intention to file a Proposal pursuant to Part III, Division I of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and Shiner Kideckel Zweig Inc. was appointed the Trustee under the Proposal.
On December 21, 2007, the Company obtained an Order of the Court extending the time to file a Proposal until February 11, 2008.
On February 7, 2008, the Company obtained an Order of the Court extending the time to file a Proposal until March 27, 2008.
On March 27, 2008, the Company obtained an Order of the Court extending the time to file a Proposal until May 12, 2008.
On May 12, 2008, the Company obtained an Order of the Court extending the time to file a Proposal until May 26, 2008.
At the first meeting of creditors held on June 16, 2008, the creditors voted to adjourn the meeting until September 2, 2008.
