TPS Sports Group Corporation

The TPS Sports Group Corporation (“TPS”) is a leading, Canadian based sporting goods company that designs and develops, sources and distributes, internationally, one of the world’s major lines of branded, high performance hockey equipment. TPS’ head office is located in Wallaceburg, Ontario.

On September 11, 2008, TPS filed a Notice of Intention to File a Proposal (“NOI”) and Shiner Kideckel Zweig Inc. was appointed the Trustee.

TPS has obtained an order extending the period to file a proposal to November 25, 2008.
