Diet Success Corp. held exclusive franchise rights to operate weight loss clinics in Ontario and Quebec under the name of LA Weight Loss Centre. The Company had twelve locations operating. On February 13 2009, Shiner Kideckel Zweig Inc. was appointed the receiver, inter alia, a General Security Agreement.
Eastwood Harvey Corporation
On June 5, 2008, Shiner Kideckel Zweig Inc. was appointed Interim Receiver and Receiver and Manager of the Eastwood Harvey Corporation (the “Company”) by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
LAWL Maritimes Inc.
On December 12, 2008, Shiner Kideckel Zweig Inc. was appointed Receiver of the Company, pursuant to, inter alia, a General Security Agreement.
Leather Ranch Limited
On April 17, 2008, The Leather Ranch Limited (the “Company”) filed an Assignment pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and Shiner Kideckel Zweig Inc. was appointed the Trustee.
Pharmacy Won Inc.
On November 26, 2007, Pharmacy Won Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Notice of Intention to file a Proposal pursuant to Part III, Division I of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and Shiner Kideckel Zweig Inc. was appointed the Trustee under the Proposal.
Remarc/Mat-O-Vend Inc.
On December 11, 2008, REMARC/Mat-O-Vend Inc. filed a Notice of Intention to File a Proposal.
SMK Speedy International Inc.
On November 8, 2007, SMK Speedy International Inc. (“Speedy” or the “Company”) applied to the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the “Court”) for an order pursuant to the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (“CCAA”), which order was granted by Mr. Justice Campbell (the “Initial Order”). Mintz & Partners Limited was appointed as monitor (the “Monitor”) pursuant to the Initial Order.

Super Consumer Safety imported and distributed automobile safety kits. The Company's head office was located in Markham, Ontario. On January 7, 2009, Shiner Kideckel Zweig Inc. was appointed the receiver of the company pursuant to, inter alia, a General Security Agreement.

Super Electric imported and distributed consumer products such as heaters, air conditioners, fans and water coolers. The Company's head office was located in Markham, Ontario. On January 7, 2009, Shiner Kideckel Zweig Inc. was appointed the receiver of the company pursuant to, inter alia, a General Security Agreement.
TPS Sports Group Corporation
On September 11, 2008, TPS filed a Notice of Intention to File a Proposal (“NOI”) and Shiner Kideckel Zweig Inc. was appointed the Trustee.
Vistaplast Inc.
On February 12, 2009, Shiner Kideckel Zweig Inc. was appointed Receiver of Vistaplast Inc. (the "Company"), pursuant to, inter alia, a General Security Agreement.
