ORDERLY PAYMENT OF DEBTS

In Alberta and Saskatchewan, the Orderly Payment of Debt program helps you get out of debt by allowing you to pay all your unsecured creditors in full, with interest reduced to 5% per year over a maximum of five years. A provincial government official administers the process and distributes the money to your unsecured creditors on a pro rate basis.
